🌸I have some VERY exciting news.
🌸As part of my Group Sound Healing sessions, I'm pleased to announce a new collaboration offering Yin Yoga & Sound Healing.
🌸Starting on Sunday, October 26, I will be working with a beautiful yogi, Lyn, for "Sunday Yin Yoga & Singing Bowls".
🌸The ninety-minute sessions will commence at 1.00pm.
🌸And will be held at Clubhouse Moorooka located at 76 Koala Road.
🌸Then "Sunday Yin Yoga & Singing Bowls" will continue on the last Sunday of each month. Same venue. Same time.
(Except December 2025).
🌸Cost is $40.

🌸Hello everyone,

In this busy fast paced world, we often put everyone else's needs before our own.
And anytime we take some time out for ourselves, we've somehow become programmed to feel guilty.

But what if I told you about a place where you can take all the 'time outs' you want without the guilt.

🪷Wowser!
🪷What an amazing SOUND session that was.
🪷Sound Healer, Nick Sesh, brought 20 of his 50 sound instruments, and immersed us into complete relaxation & blissful calm.
🪷The array of instruments, each with its unique SOUND, was just amazing.
🪷The group was a mix of seasoned participants, two newbies to Sound Healing, and another Sound Healer.
🪷All enjoyed the session, and left feeling rejuvenated & recharged.
🪷Thank you so much Nick - it was perfect.

🪷Another successful day of Sound Healing last Saturday at The Spiritual Church's Reading & Healing Expo.
🪷My psychic/mediumship skills are developing well, and now incorporated into my one-on-one Sound Healing sessions.
🪷It's amazing what/who comes through when we invite stillness & calm - working reciprocally for you AND me.
🪷My next group session is this Saturday night at the church.

🪷Another Sound Healing & Yin Yoga session completed.
🪷These two practises blend so perfectly.
🪷Yin Yoga provides a full body stretch & relax through gentle yoga poses.
🪷The sounds & vibrations coming from the bowls further enhances the relaxation.
🪷Both providing an opportunity for our bodies & minds the chance to recharge & reset.
