No wonder they are so vital to us! We rely on our feet to take us everywhere our whole life.

One thing Covid has taught us is that life can feel so much more hectic even when there is nowhere to go.
A lot of us are working from home or had to juggle our schedules to accommodate homeschooling and working from home.
It's hard to find time to do something relaxing away from our workspace.
January is Balanced Life month.
Maybe we can take some time this month to start 2022 on the right foot. Whether it is going for a walk with a friend, swimming in the ocean or going for a bike ride with the family - Get out and get some fresh air and relaxation! 🙂
This will assist us to feel more balanced when we go back to the day-to-day grind - and also help with injury prevention as we allow our body some downtime.
