I love reusable items!! I love that I can use a product and not need to throw it away adding to our ever growing waste. I love that by being able to reuse a product I’m not wasting a resource that could be used for more important or better things.
What I love even more is that I can make some reusable items!! ❤️
These little guys are reusable cotton balls and pads. They are made from a beautifully soft cotton bamboo blend yarn that is machine washable. 🎋
So what’s so great about them?! Well rather than using potentially hundreds of cotton balls or pads a year I use these. They can be used for everything that you would use normal cotton balls and pads for, but once your finished they don’t go in the bin, they can go into the washing machine to use again and again and again!!
Now before I shared these with you I wanted to make sure they were going to work and be just as good as the products you would usually buy. I have been trying these guys myself and with my family for about 3 months and we aren’t going back!! My mum and I each have our own colour and keep them in a jar in the bathroom. They are perfect to use with makeup removers, your toners and anything else you would use Cotton balls and pads for normally!! To wash them we put them into a “delicates” wash bag as part of a normal cycle just so they don’t get lost amongst everything.
I am now confident with sharing these and you can now order your own set with me 😊. There are two different types available one more like a cotton pad and one a bit more puffy like a cotton ball and both are available in four different colours 🌈. They will be live in my shop soon, however if you would like some they are $1 each or a set of 10 for $8 which can be mixed and matched.
