End of 28dtc season12 🎉 it has been a very meaningful and productive 28 days of my life. Big difference comparing to a month ago and also a year ago.
Thanks to 28dtc and the team for guiding me and giving me motivation, without the team and community, I wouldn’t have make it through all the struggles. And special thanks to who always gives me more than 100% (even comes to the gym at 11pm to coach me❤️)
I’ve built my healthy habits through this 28 days. Not just for the result or competition, but for a healthier body and healthier lifestyle. The 28 days have ended but my healthy routine will continue💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
