Thank you to everyone who came along to my Spring TRANCE-formation session today.

We learnt about about hypnosis, went into a hypnotic trance, experienced the power of our imagination, had an emotional detox with the theme of Spring, met our wise advocate and tried on our future selves having made the change participants wanted for themselves.

We shook up a few things, however as it begins to settle you may notice the clarity and change beginning to take place with the next smallest step to move towards the change you desire.
