Im Dylan the founder of UnifyCare 🟧🟦
I found a passion for working in disability after previously completing a traineeship at a primary school where I found a great sense of fulfilment and joy in supporting others.
Outside of my work I enjoy fitness. I love working out in my garage gym and am looking into studying personal training in the coming years. I am also very passionate about the bombers, constantly cheering for them in hopes that I am able to witness them win a final!
At the heart of my disability support business is a commitment to person-centered care, where each individual’s unique needs, preferences, and goals are prioritised.
I am dedicated to creating solutions that break down barriers, empower people, and promote a society where everyone, regardless of ability, can fully participate and thrive.
My current qualifications include:
Certificate III and IV in disability
First Aid/CPR
Working with Children’s
3+ years Industry experience
Ndis Screening check
Full drivers license
NDIS Quality and Safeguards commission modules completed
We currently service the Echuca/ Moama, Tongala, Rochester and surrounding regions
