A quick studio update 🩵

The clinic will be closed from Monday 16th February to Saturday 21st February while I take some time to rest and reset.

If you’ve been meaning to book, or your body has been asking for support, now is a great time to secure a session either before the closure or for when the clinic reopens.

Appointments either side of the closure are limited.

We’re so excited to welcome the beautiful Penny-Maree back as our sound healer for this year’s first Spinal Flow Healing Retreat 🩵

Penny-Maree is a Reiki Master of the Gendai Reiki Ho tradition and has been practising Reiki for over 20 years. Her work is deeply intuitive and heart-led, supporting people to reconnect with their light, self-love and inner truth.

Alongside Reiki, Penny-Maree works with sound healing using quartz crystal bowls, each resonating with a different major chakra. Through sound, toning and light language, she gently guides participants into a meditative state where the nervous system can soften and the body can release what it’s ready to let go of.

Light language conveys messages directly to your higher self - beyond the thinking mind. Many people experience Penny-Maree’s sound journeys as deeply soothing, expansive and grounding, even without needing to “understand” them intellectually.

Her sound healing weaves beautifully into our retreat days, offering a space to fully settle, integrate and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

These one-day Spinal Flow Healing Retreats are a gentle invitation to step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive setting. Each day includes Spinal Flow, sound healing and guided practices designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied ease.

With small groups and an intentionally held space, these retreats are about slowing down - not pushing through.
