WHAT IS MYOTHERAPY? Myotherapy refers to the manual therapy used to assess and treat muscular injury and dysfunction, soft tissue pain and restricted joint movement. The aims of a treatment are to improve muscular strength and flexibility, joint mobility and to decrease pain. We use a range of modalities such as Myofascial release therapy, Myofascial dry needling, Cupping, Trigger point therapy, Deep tissue massage, stretching, heat therapy and corrective exercise to allow us to help you leave the treatment table with hydrated and healthy muscle and fascial tissue. x Tendon Strains and Ligament sprains
