➕Cupping ➕

🤷🏼‍♀️ Cupping is one of the techniques that we can use here at CPT. It’s a traditional Chinese therapy and is used to create blood flow and therefore helps to reduce pain in tight and tender areas

🤸🏼‍♂️Cupping is pain free and typically works best on the back, shoulders and legs and can be used in conjunction with dry needling, massage and stretching
