If you can’t see a bodyworker, you can start at home:
👐 Find where the tension truly starts (pain can travel)
🤲 Cup your hands, turn your arm, and gently massage down the back of your neck
🌬 Breathe, notice, release

Your body remembers—but it can also let go.

👐 Try bodywork or self-massage.
💭 Notice where tension lives.
👁️ Close your eyes and visualize that pain loosening, leaving.
