👉 How to Combine Them
We usually invite you to set Your Intentions: Before you begin, take a moment to set a personal intention for your practice.
Start with Breathwork:
Begin with a few minutes of deep, rhythmic breathing to ground yourself. Focus on inhaling positivity and exhaling negativity.
Flow into Dance; As you feel energized, let your body move freely! Allow the music to guide you, moving as your body desires.
Stay Present : Pay attention to how your breath changes with your movement. Notice the sensations in your body and let them guide your dance.
Close with Reflection and after your dance, take a moment to sit in stillness. Reflect on your experience and what you’ve released or discovered.
