This is why practices like Kriyas are often held for a set time, giving space for their subtle effects to unfold naturally ✨

Here’s a gentle Kriya to support self-healing 💚

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and cross your arms (left over right) with your hands resting on your shoulders. Let your body be supported, and breathe slowly and deeply for 11 minutes ✨

This New Moon carries many energies, with all the planets gathering together in Pisces and you might feel confused like you are ready to start something new but lack the energy to actually start.

In Vedic astrology (sidereal), the Moon sits in Pisces. This creates a space of release, intuitive guidance, and deep emotional clearing.

In Western astrology, it’s Aries. Which would mean the spark of new beginnings, courage, and forward movement.
So you may feel the need to begin something new… while also needing to slow down. This is the space in between.
Where something is ending and something new is quietly preparing to begin.

Before taking action, take a moment to turn inward. Through this meditation we can receive the guidance that is for our highest good. And prepare the next steps to take.

Afterwards you may like to journal:
✨ Who is the person I am becoming?
✨ What old versions of myself am I ready to let go of now?
✨ What intentions are gently forming within me that will take me forward?

Let the answers come from a place of inner truth.

Clearing space is the beginning.

Take a moment for yourself and try this Kriya to receive blessing guidance through your intuition 🙏

MEDITATION BY BLESSING GUIDANCE BY INTUITION

✨ Sit in Easy Pose with eyes 1/10th open. soften the gaze

✨ Create a circular shape with arms overhead, keeping your fingers and thumbs separate with thumbs facing down

✨Inhale breath in 8 equal parts, exhale 8 equal parts and then suspend the breath on the exhale for 16 beats of the same rhythm.

✨Simultaneously chant the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma in your mind. 2 x on the inhale, 2 x on the exhale, 4 x with the breath suspended.

✨ Continue for 11 minutes and end by inhaling deeply while stretching the arms up and back. Allow the head to fall back and gaze upwards.

✨Exhale, releasing the posture. Repeat this 2 more times before returning to a place of stillness….

For beginners, start slowly, begin with 1 min. Move up to 3 mins then gently make your way up to 11 mins.

I am both sad and excited to say that Kembali Ke Yoga has now moved on from Emerald. I’m deeply grateful for the beautiful community, connections, and opportunities that grew there—thank you to everyone who shared space, practice, and energy with me along the way 💛

This next chapter feels truly aligned, as Kembali Ke Yoga has returned even closer to nature—now based on a peaceful property where a dedicated space for classes, circles, and healing sessions is being created. It’s a dream in the making, and I’m so excited for what’s to come.

During this transition, I plan to move classes online as everything settles and the new space is prepared. Please click the link in description to join the mailing list if you wish to be kept updated.

Closing out a beautiful month series with my final class: Breath & Balance.
We found steadiness in our minds through pranayama and carried that awareness into our balance postures.
Thank you to everyone who joined me at — your energy and presence made it such a grounding way to end the weekend

Thank you to everyone who joined me for today’s class! We focused on opening the hips, increasing flexibility, and finding freedom in movement.

Next week is my final Sunday 4PM class at Align Strength & Wellness that I will be covering as the wonderful Phillipa will be back. We'll wrap up this month with a Breath & Balance flow — centering, grounding, and steadying ourselves inside and out. Hope to see you there to close out this journey together.
