There are so many beautiful ways to honour the journey into motherhood.
Whether you prefer a fun baby shower, a practical nesting party, or a heartfelt Mother Blessing, each celebration creates connection, confidence and community. 💛

For my own baby shower, we had a BabyQ relaxed, fun, delicious food, and a burnout gender reveal which was honestly such a special moment. And for my next baby, I’ll definitely be doing a nesting party… because practical support is everything! 🤍

My February Empowered Birth Method group class was such a beautiful day. Four incredible couples travelled in from Emerald, Dysart, Moranbah and Rockhampton, each bringing their own stories, questions, and hopes for birth.

I watched their confidence grow, their partners step up with clarity, and their understanding of birth deepen in such a powerful way. By the end of the day, everyone left feeling informed, excited, and ready for their upcoming births.

We even welcomed three special guests — two amazing local doulas sharing wisdom on support and breathwork, and a brand new mum from my January group who brought her gorgeous baby in for cuddles. The oxytocin was flowing!

Here’s to these four couples and the beautiful births ahead of them. ✨

Setting boundaries in postpartum doesn’t make you difficult it makes you supported.
This chapter is tender, transformative, and full of new emotions… and you deserve to move through it at your own pace.🦋

My journey into birth work began with the birth of my daughter, Emry.
That experience showed me just how deeply we need support, connection, and care as we enter motherhood. 💐
Especially in a small town where so many families have moved far away from their village.
I became a Doula to be that calm presence to hold space, to support families, and to remind every woman that she was never meant to do this alone. 🤍
