First visit done right 🐾✨

Sweet little Stormi the Groodle puppy came in for his very first grooming experience—and this is exactly where it all begins 💛

Today was all about a gentle hygiene groom to introduce him to the salon environment, the sounds, the tools, and most importantly… building trust. No big haircut, no pressure—just a calm, positive experience to set him up for a lifetime of stress-free grooming.

Puppy grooms like this are so important for:
✔️ Desensitising to the grooming process
✔️ Building confidence on the table
✔️ Getting them comfortable with handling (face, feet, ears)
✔️ Preventing fear and anxiety long term

What a year it’s been for our team, our clients, and of course… our much-loved pooches 🐾
In 2025, we proudly groomed nearly 5,000 dogs, and we couldn’t have done it without the trust, loyalty, and support of our incredible community.

To our amazing staff – thank you for your dedication, care, and passion every single day.
To our clients – thank you for choosing us and for supporting our small business.
To our furry clients – thank you for the cuddles, kisses, and keeping us on our toes.

We’re taking a short break and will reopen on January 6th.

This is a paralysis tick, and they’re out in full force right now.

These tiny parasites can latch onto your dog and release a powerful neurotoxin that may cause vomiting, wobbliness, difficulty breathing, paralysis… and can be fatal if not treated quickly.
Treatment often requires hospitalisation and can cost thousands, but more importantly—it can cost you the life of your best mate. 💔

Prevention is absolutely essential.
Please speak with your veterinarian about the best flea & tick preventative for your dog. Keeping them protected all year round is the safest way to avoid a medical emergency.

Stay safe this season, and check your pets daily. 🐾💙

To secure your recurring bookings for next year, simply send us a message with:
1️⃣ Your preferred day
2️⃣ Your frequency (4, 6 or 8 weeks)
3️⃣ Your preferred time
4️⃣ The service required (Full Groom or alternate with Hygiene/Bath)

⏰ Times may vary depending on availability, but we’ll schedule you as close as possible to your preferred slot.
✨ 2pm bookings remain available Tues–Thurs for small/medium dogs only.
