UNI HILL Senior Men put in work on their speed and agility, with a big focus on acceleration and the ability to transition from a backpedal into an explosive sprint.

Drills were designed to sharpen quick reactions, improve defensive movement, and build that burst of speed needed to break away or chase down a play.

Sharp movements, strong first steps, and plenty of intensity across the group. 📈🏃‍♂️

Our Youth Development Program is designed to help young athletes build muscle strength, endurance, coordination, and support their overall health & well-being.
