This vulnerable acknowledgement is you actually choosing love in its purest form.

Who is it I don’t need to be anymore if I laid it all down?

If truth became my only pathway in these precious moments how would my body respond and drop into the feeling.

The someone I am not trying to be, rather the essence of my I Am.

I firstly must disclose this work is the extra chunky raspberry jam to my scones and know I didn’t just stop at one flavour! This has allowed me to become both an energy match and master for this work because I valued it so much and knew to embody it, I had to believe it in my heart of hearts.

I am now going to give you an example of how I practised this with a friend this week.

I asked the crazy question that made no sense. Why? because the energy guides me and asks me to scramble the b/s to come back to truth especially when it comes to finding the thread of consciousness that won’t make sense until we delayer the stories that were build around this.

The question became the frequency of truth and invited a new thread to be followed. One where problem solving wasn’t the intention rather truth.

From here consciousness becomes the teacher of the experience. A place together we will share in a conversation that is responding to this unseen energy.

A place we invite curiosity not fixing.

A moment we surrender anywhere to control.

These are the modalities that I lean into to dive into the unseen and unknown.

The next step is to alchemise and this again will look different for everyone. The layers are there because of who we have been, what we have experienced and where we are going next. I am an alchemist that dances and creates in these unseen and unknown spaces. The frequencies I bring through in my group spaces, 1:1 and alchemy range offer you places to bring these situations to the table to begin the journey to transcend them.

Only then can you see your part which for so many of us is our cellular DNA. Something we don’t even know why an experience or lessen is repeating.

It isn’t logical, it’s in the body.

This isn’t the only step because acknowledgement although extremely powerful won’t change our own personal perspective. We have to go within the body and be vulnerable enough to feel the things that have felt impossible to feel.

When I say feeling impossible I literally mean it. The nervous system has created a program that protects you aka meaning it’s unsafe to feel it.

Neutralising these experiences take not only a level of maturity but an inner standing that you have the power to Alchemise experiences like these.

I received the most beautiful analogy the other week. Here you humans are showing up and repeating the steps you know you need to take and yet you listen to the frequency activation once and think yep I’m recoded!

So this one stuck. I know how cellular recalibration works. I continue to evolve in cycles and transform both physically and energetically.

What does this have to do with the body activation series?

I’ve recorded two high calibre activations. Ones that call someone who already is deeply anchored in both listening and being guided by the divine.

I’ve been listening to them daily and watching the way they guide me, make the real time shifts that have everything to do with my current reality and thoughts.

I have found a new level of nourishment through the body.

Through this process I can see I am:
~ neutralising old patterns and stories that keep me experiencing discomfort in the body. Underneath this discomfort is my nervous systems response to protect me.

Food nourishment was something I accessed through my experiences I had a decade ago with my children. But there is always room for bringing dedication and nourishment back in again.

This month I have reintroduced gratitude and prayer before eating.

I can see I am receiving a new level of intelligence in the body because just recently I noticed I have gone into deeper listening to my nervous system. Not one that just regulates but one that rewrites.

The rewriting is not just energetic it’s feminine and masculine aka energetic and physical devotion. The last two months my body has been sharing nervous system rules that I need to put into place for a period. Funnily enough when the period ends I find myself aware the rules are actually offering a beautiful relief that I didn’t know I needed. Rules that I am now keeping as devotional love.

I have recorded two high calibre activations that I am listening to daily or anytime I remember. I can see in this moment although there are formulas I’ve followed before for growth and transformation, this is the invitation to find a new succinct way. One where my whole system is nourished and held through change and rewiring.

Yes the exact energy keeping me out of alignment!

The unraveling is often the brightest light. The light that exists within you. But this light means business, it must reveal not just misalignment but mistrust. Sometimes the mistrust started as occupational. A space to occupy the mind and keep busy.

The Alchemy Rebirth Series is born from frequencies from source light.

Bravery isn’t the question because with this level of work comes protection aka universal intervention. Our perception points are key hear because the unravel isn’t picture perfect rather the medicine that gets us there. This place isn’t necessarily the destination but rather the surrender of listening to the divine within you.

I speak these words knowing I am not supposed to access these frequencies alone, they are to be shared. May they light up the love that lives in you, a love that decides to nestle into divine grace and live a life immersed in all things!

Within the space of a day without any thought or preparation for it my car died.

I dropped my car at the mechanics and arrived back to collect it that afternoon to only be told it was officially beyond repair.

Something I didn’t realise until now was the way I responded. I calmly came up with a plan and felt both grounded and supported in the actions and process.

Fast forward to now I can see alchemy isn’t about plucking magic from the Ethers, rather finding magic in the moments of the exact experiences here to invite me to grow.

The Alchemy Rebirth Series doesn’t have a definitive program. It isn’t guiding you here or there. It is quiet the opposite. It’s about taking the leap of faith to create space for you to be in the alchemy of your life. The decision to prepare for the timeline you are calling to be on.

I am excited to announce I will be releasing my records of storytelling that I have created over the last decade.

These stories were told and shared through me to my children. The exact stories that when we woke, we responded and became someone different.

The stories themselves are messages from Source. A consciousness that communicates to the cells and acts as both a release point alongside an invitation to choose love. The words that are coming to me are the ones I heard on sacred land when in Mexico ‘ Choose Love our trauma.’

My first source storyteller record is called ‘The cloud who couldn’t rain.’

A story that shares how heart intelligence was created from the beginning and was found in both acknowledging and celebrating why we carry our own unique lessons and experiences on this earth plane.

First things first this written content is feeling motivated.

Written with the intention for you to connect to your physical bodily sensations within you.

What if we stayed with the addiction? The scrolling, the food, the external coping mechanism because we have yet to meet a frequency point to alchemise the true source of what’s behind it?

I must name the reason it can’t be logical is because we each uniquely have different experiences to transcend these addictions.

Quantum Healings
WILL ALL ACTUALLY WORK (Who the practitioner is, is another conversation)
but for many of us unless the body is communicating yes this is it; this is the frequency match that will bring me back to me, then maybe we could save ourselves all the judgement, rocks we are throwing from our glass houses and ask ourselves what if we could just attune to our own needs.

What if the medicine I am here to deliver is a frequency point and all the souls who are calling this frequency will find me.

Would there need to be me vs you?

Would you need to push harder, force yourself in ways that don’t align and lose yourself.
