Does your body look, feel and move the way you would like it to? We all have the right to move, live, feel, look and be healthy. Dave provides his clients with the tools and strategies to get them on the right path to health. As a new member you will be carefully screened and assessed at the beginning of your journey to ensure that you are directed in the right direction. As your journey continues your progress will be recorded it detail for progression is paramount in any quality training program.. Safety is the most important aspect so no corners will be cut with your program. All full time clients will have individualised programs tailored specifically to their goals, needs and limitations. There is no such thing as "too old" or "too unfit", everybody has a starting point. HartStrong accepts only those serious about changing their lives and making a difference to their long term health. If you're just up for a chat and not really that interested in putting in the work then perhaps this is not the place for you.. In saying that we do value a happy environment for everyone involved and want to create an atmosphere that is welcoming, non threatening and fun for members.
