A huge congratulations to Mandy on the publishing of her very first book, Darkness to Empowerment.

Such a powerful milestone and a beautiful testament to her courage and creativity.

We’re so proud of you, Mandy.

Drum roll please 🥁🥁🥁
After many many years of writing and stopping and starting again.
My first book is now published and available.
It is a bittersweet and surreal moment to see your dream and your life put out there for the World to see.
I wish My Steve was still here with me to see this, as he was such a huge part in putting it together. I know he is watching over and still cheering me on.

I have always been someone who wants to help others to heal and deal with some of the things in life I have experienced, because I have always felt that no one knows better than someone who has experienced it firsthand.

My voice was silenced a long time ago and it has taken me a long time to find it again.
To walk my walk but most importantly to talk my talk.

So here it is available as an E-book on Amazon (paperback version to follow)
I will have paperback copies available directly from me, at a special introductory price of $25 (including postage) for the next two weeks. (email me to order - mandyemmins@gmail.com)
Moving forward I aim to be putting this out there on my web page and in various book shops. So, watch this space.

A huge thank you to those who have helped putting this together, those who I interviewed for this book, those who have cheered me on and encouraged me to keep moving forward and those who have held me up and supported me over the past few months since Steve passed.

As a natural introvert this is all extremely challenging, triggering, raw and uncomfortable for me. However, at the core is a warrior women fighting for other women who have no voice or for various reasons cannot speak out.
I hear you, I see you, I am here for you.

Warrior Wellness offers a range of holistic wellness services designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic well-being.

Their offerings include energy healing sessions that help balance the body’s energetic system, kinesiology assessments to identify and correct stress patterns, and guided breath-work practices to promote relaxation and nervous-system regulation.

This year’s Somerset Health Expo is shaping up to be our most diverse and inspiring yet.

We’re bringing together an incredible range of exhibitors; from kinesiologists and practitioners, to dog trainers, to our very own community healing garden and so much more. This event is where you can slow down, reconnect, and explore your wellbeing in a variety of ways.

✨ Matters of the Heart Healing will be at the Expo sharing her beautiful kinesiology practice, a gentle science based approach that uses muscle monitoring and acupressure points to help ease stress and everyday imbalances. Tina walks beside you as you unlock your own magic, releasing what no longer serves you so you can step into your most authentic self.

✨ New Day Recovery offer services such as Recovery Coaching, Support Co-ordination, Counselling, Forms and Admin Support for NDIS participants with a psychosocial disabilities, adults seeking counselling, self-managed and plan-managed

✨ PCYC Fernvale will be at the expo with informaiton on all of thier services available at the Fernvale Centre.

✨ Pawz At Home Dog Training will be at the expo to help owners train and understand their dogs behaviour, body language, and showing owners how to use positive reinforcement techniques with their dogs. Eleanor will also explain how dogs create better physical, emotional and mental health in humans.

✨ Moreton Hearing proudly serving the Somerset community as an independent hearing clinic within the Kilcoy Medical Centre.

✨Esk Community Healing Garden will be at the expo with a labyrinth. Labyrinths have been used for centuries to provide a space for meditation, reflection, and mindfulness.

A community of wellness, all under one roof; and you’re invited to be part of it.

Somerset Health Expo is excited to announce that Svetlana'S Artisan Remedial Massage will be joining our fabulous event this year!

Svetlana’a qualifications are a Bachelor of Physical Education Teacher & Trainer and Diploma of Remedial Massage.

She offers therapy Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Reflexology Massage with hot cups being used with a selection massages.
