I love this yoghurt . Unfortunately I’m dairy intolerant so unable to get the benefit of a good Greek yoghurt . This has just come out and is a great alternative. It’s high in protein and more importantly soy is a complete protein , containing all amino acids . Be careful with some almond or coconut yoghurts as they do not offer you the benefit of protein .
The daily recommended intake of protein is 0.8 g/ kg minimum and more if you exercise . Sounds confusing? Just multiply your weight by 0.8 and there you have it ! Use apps to record your food and see if you are hitting the target . Protein I. The diet increases metabolism by up to 30 percent and is important for so many functions in the body .
