Its true, it all starts at the young end, that’s how we get a society of believers

When we’re not nurtured we simply don’t know where to go, how to be… we believe we get what we deserve

Well,
you deserve the best in life
you deserve to be loved and cherished
and you deserve someone to champion you

I raise my hand
I will champion you
I will show you how you can be the best you possible

You can do it
You can be more amazing than you imagine

Are you telling yourself a story that has caused your life to be anything but love?

Our map of the world is the story we make of the experiences we have had

Sometimes the stories we tell ourselves are actually false truths

When we believe the story we tell ourselves we lose the truth that we ARE love

When we look truly at ourselves, when we look within, and we gift ourselves patience empathy and love we heal our inner wounding

And that enables us to walk into the light, to see and live within our true potential

To love and to be loved

Love is an inside job; how can we truly emanate if we don’t feel it within ourselves?

I’ve expressed this for years

We experience life through our own lenses, our own map of the world

Whilst we may walk the same path, our experience along that path differs

Some may experience positivity, others say nay to that

I believe I had an amazing childhood, my sister experienced it differently

Our parents parented each of us how they were in that moment, same yet different

When we we can acknowledge that whilst life similar, it was definitely different, we can begin to “see” each other in new ways and acknowledge each other on the others level

Here is a little self-assessment that you can do at home to see if you have a spinal blockage in your power gateway, which is the location of your lumbar spine. 🌟

Stand up straight and laterally bend to one side and then the other.🧍‍♂️

If you have more or less movement to one side or pain doing this, you may have a blockage in your Power Gateway. 🔄
