🤰🏼Part Two 🧘🏽‍♀️

Have you got an exercise ball at home and not sure what to do with it other than sit on it and bounce?
Then this series is for you Mumma!

This gentle series is perfect for your growing and changing pregnant body.

Go gently with it, doing 3 to 8 repetitions of each movement. Remembering to slow down, listen to your body and give yourself the time and space to connect to your body, breath and baby.

I filmed it after teaching a prenatal yoga class using the balls for my Mummas at and they all loved having other ways to use the yoga ball.

Finishing 2025 with a grateful heart!

What a roller coaster this year has been, so many curve balls, but I’m so happy (even if a little tired) to be where I am and where we are as a family moving into 2026.

I am so grateful to be here doing this work and so grateful to you;
- My wonderful clients, thank you for trusting me with your health and wellness.
- The incredible Mummas who came to my prenatal and Mums & Bubs yoga classes, thank you for showing up and allowing me to be part of your journey in motherhood.
- To the beautiful women who joined me on retreat or at my in person events, seeing you unwind and come back home to yourselves is magic.
- To those of you here in my little pocket of the internet.
- To my family and friends who support, help and encourage me behind the scenes in all the big and little ways you do, it means more than you know.
Honestly, thank you to you all!

To support women at whatever stage of life they are in to realise their worth, improve their health and lives and feel really freaking well is my dream.
And I couldn’t do it without you!

So closing off 2025, I am so proud of myself and my blooming business. Thank you for the lessons, growth and the magic and I’m buckling in for it all and more in 2026!

Sending so much, peace, love, good health and light out to you all for 2026.

It’s a lot at the moment isn’t it.
So let’s pull it all back and come back to the basics.
It’s allowed to be simple.

When life feels full and your body feels stretched, the most supportive thing you can do is return to what actually keeps you well.
I know, sounds boring right.
It’s not the complicated routines or the endless lists… just the foundations that make you feel human again.

This is what I come back to every single time things feel heavy.
- Prioritising sleep so your hormones and nervous system can actually reset.
- Drinking enough water because hydration really does shift your energy, mood and digestion.
- Getting out into nature and letting your body soften, breathe and regulate again.
- Moving your body in ways that feel good rather than punishing.
- Eating real, whole foods with plenty of fibre, a palm sized serve of protein, complex carbohydrates and healthy fats at each meal to keep blood sugar steady and energy stable.
- Managing your stress levels and supporting your nervous system.
- Being around people who make you feel safe, calm and more like yourself.

None of this is glamorous, it’s not the magic pill or controversial enough to send the algorithm into a spin.
But it is powerful.
And when you give your body these basics consistently, everything else starts to feel more manageable.

Together we can create a plan that suits your season and so you actually feel support and this feels doable.

Funny… but also a reminder, don’t be like Mary and Joseph… plan for your postpartum!

Postpartum is not the time for:
– Noise
– Spectators
– Unhelpful visitors
– People who make it about them

It is the time for:
– Food
– Rest
– Practical help
– Nervous system support
– People who know how to care for a postpartum mother

Life is different on the other side of birth.
I will always advise you plan for your postpartum and have a team to support you into and throughout motherhood.

Also you should be discerning about who you invite into your space during birth and in those early weeks after.

Pretty gifts are nice.
But what’s actually useful is a relaxed home and Mumma, warm meals, gentle support and someone folding the washing and doing the dishes while you sleep.

Don’t just ‘wing it’ as I too often hear. If you’re pregnant, newly postpartum or planning on conceiving soon and want to be supported with real guidance, nourishment and evidence informed care, I’d love to work with you.
