I would be honoured if you would join me in raising funds for 2 amazing charities. MY contribution will be completing the Kokoda Trek this April, paying my way Financially and Physically!! In my training over the last 6 weeks I have climbed 7,700 stairs up and down (does that mean its (15,400 stairs?), done 365 squats, hiked 104 km, done forwards and backwards hill repeats 45 times and weekly sessions of planks, push ups, sit ups, step ups (lots of UPs) and more. Got sick this week but its passing and I am pushing on for the last few weeks before we go! Thank you for your encouragement and if you are inclined, your support for the charities which are so worthy!

Our mission:To complete an 8 day Kokoda Trek through what is arguably some of the most rugged and wild jungle in the world. To jointly raise $30,000 for the Diggers Rest and for the Kids of Kokoda.
