Each class has a carefully designed centre piece that is there to welcome the girls, to ignite their curiosity, delight and reverence.

This particular week we foraged in Nature for the materials and the girls created the Centrepiece 💚

Our “girls group” for kids yoga resumes this week after a pause to be with the Wild Weather and our families. It’s been a really big time!

Sun Salutations will feel just right, however most important, will be the space for sharing our own stories from the Wild Weather of Cyclone Alfred and listening deeply to each other. A big part of every one of our Yoga classes….but with the Cyclone part!!
