Today felt like absolute joy, a day without children and my husband to spend some time to relax, breathe and just be me.
I spent the morning at the Mind Body Spirit Festival taking in the crystals, the healings, meditations and so much more. I was learning about what it was like to be a person who enjoys spirituality rather than be a parent and a wife for one day. To see what it meant taking some time out from the day to day chores and see what spiritual life can bring.
Did you go to the Mind Body Spirit Festival this weekend? If so what did you enjoy 😊 the most? I loved chatting to the team at Sonoki asking them about the Tuning Forks and what they can do for me spiritually.

The poems i have written are very close to my heart, a time of healing from the loss of our baby Dylan when he was nearly 9 months old. During this time 19 years ago I thought I would have him here with us today but that day never came. He passed away on Easter Sunday, 2007. A day I will never forget.
With the loss of our baby, grief, depression and the not knowing if we could have done something to prevent his passing were the thoughts that never really went away.
What if we did things differently I had thought and it was these types of thoughts that were always at the back of my mind. Writing this book has taught me how to come to terms with Dylan’s passing. That I will have my good and bad days but mostly good as I remember what it was like to have him in my arms, cradling him close to my heart. And although I’m not cradling him anymore I do know that his spirit will always be close, watching over us his family and knowing that our memories of him will be forever in our hearts 💕.
