Forever grateful for , giving us the opportunity to be the first aid/sport trainers for Country Week 2026.
Over 1400 players, 100+ grass courts, and a week of fun and laughter.
Cannot wait to do it again in 2027 with the A team 🎾🤍

Training for most clubs are officially underway!
Here are some key factors to consider when training;

- A sudden increase in movement is the best way for injuries to occur. Listen to your body and seek treatment when required. This can be from your sport trainers, massage therapist, physios etc.

- Hydration and sleep are 2 key contributors for optimal training. Without sleep and hydration, your muscles will fatigue quicker, which can cause an injury.
Food/Diet is also a very big contributor.
(Please keep in mind the hot weather has also been a massive factor into hydration, so you need to make sure your body is well-hydrated prior to training)

- How you warm up before training is key for training.

Hi everyone,
Thank you for being patient with me for the start of 2026. We are already starting off strong with busy periods as well as suffering the bushfires. I hope you are all staying well hydrated during this heatwave.

With myself having limited spaces available due to work, footy/netball preseason and online study, I will be posting more in-depth times of the day I have available instead of doing a month availability due to different circumstances.
If I don’t meet your available times, please feel free to send me a message and I will do my best to accomodate you.

Thank you to everyone that has been so patient with me during these very busy couple of months.

With the warmer weather coming, more sport has started for the 2025/2026 season and Christmas around the corner; times are getting more busier and spots are filling out quickly, with waiting lists up to 3 weeks.

To ensure you have a spot, please message me and we will sort all your bookings up until Christmas/new year as I will be closed for some days over the holiday season.

This will also be important as I am still balancing my main job and university studies with my massages so please bare with me when we get your bookings sorted.
