I'm so excited to invite you to a special retreat day I'm hosting on Saturday, November 1s 2025! It's going to be a beautiful day focused on relaxation and rejuvenation in Springfield Lakes.
We'll kick things off in the morning with a wonderful workshop from 10 AM to 12 PM. This includes a beautiful opening ceremony with a cup of tea and a treat, a soulful yoga session (Tree of Transformation!) and a healthy meal (gluten and dairy free and very nutritious).
To make the day even more serene, you'll also have the option to add on a float session and/or a massage at City Cave!

Here's a breakdown of the options:
1) Full Retreat Package (Workshop + Float) for $125 per person or
Partner Package 225
2) Workshop Only $55
