Yoga is on tonight in the hall in Ellen Grove. We will continue with Energy Block Release 2 (Be here now), a beautiful sequence helping coming into the present moment.

I am back in Brisbane and looking forward to more yoga with you. I landed on Saturday and I am still struggling with jet lag. Monday 1st September will be the next session in the hall in Ellen Grove.
Join me for a more yoga to keep the body moving and the mind calm and peaceful. I can not wait to see you on the mat.

😍🌞🌻🌞Good morning, Yoga is on tonight. Last session at the hall in Forest Lake before going to Germany. We will practice the sun salutation to keep us warm. Have a great day and I hope to see you on the mat.🌞🌻🌞😍
