Heavy metal detox support hack ✨ Did you know?

You can add organic apple cider vinegar to your bath to help support your body’s natural detox flow?

While ACV is acidic, it works with your skin’s pH 🙌🏻 gently cleansing, calming irritation and encouraging balance.

❤️‍🩹 ACV helps stimulate lymphatic drainage.
❤️‍🩹 Its acidity draws impurities from the skin.

𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐:

We feel Monday is the ‘discipline’ day! The day you rarely feel motivated > especially when the sun is dull (natural vitamin C) and winter is in full swing.

Here’s a gentle reminder that our health and wellbeing doesn’t care which day of the week it is or what season we are in.

Do what you can with what you have. Move because you can ♥️

Female hormones like oestrogen and progesterone make our nervous system more sensitive. Especially whist they are naturally declining during menopausal stages.

Extreme cold can trigger a stress response in many women (definitely does for me 😅 - Lawz) → poor sleep, mood swings, hormone imbalance.

For many women > Your Body Often Needs More Safety, Not More Shock. While some thrive with cold immersion, many women need gentler regulation.

Especially throughout perimenopause 💡 Hormones love safety, slowness and softness.

The key insight is to listen to your body and trust she knows what you need.

It’s not a one size fits all ✨
