This course is specifically designed for absolute beginners and those wanting to revisit the fundamentals. Over four weeks, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the foundations of Pilates — exploring how your body moves, gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy, and learning how to engage the right muscles for safe and effective movement both in class and in everyday life.
You’ll discover the why behind each exercise, develop body awareness, and build confidence on the mat so you can step into any class feeling informed, strong, and supported.
This special introductory course is hosted by our very own Pilates guru Warwick Maloney, who holds a Diploma in Pilates and brings years of experience and a passion for helping people move well and feel their best. Warwick’s attention to detail and supportive teaching style make this the ideal way to begin (or refresh) your Pilates journey.
