FRIDAY 20th MARCH!
Bring a friend for free to anyone of our group classes! This also extends to anyone who is interested in coming along to a class but not sure what it is all about!
Our class time table for Friday 20th will be:
- 9:00am (Strong for Life): 45 minute seniors strength & conditioning class
- 10:30am (Balance & Beyond): 30 minute class all things balance
- 2:00pm (Strong for Life): 45 minute seniors strength & conditioning class
Interested in attending please contact Liam on any of the information in the poster & make sure to arrive 10 minutes prior to the allocated class time to fill out paperwork!
