💡 Developed and Delivered by Sunflower Support – Stream Club is an inclusive, neuro-affirming social group designed for adults who are ready to connect, create, and chat about everything TV and Film!

It's truly not a difficult task to create a revolution, we just have to come together and agree that the future needs to look brighter- and it begins with an act of kindness, a confidence in knowing kindness will guide the action in all the right ways and creating a moment that models this kind choice for the community to observe and normalise. Michael is AWESOME.

Initially appearing on ABCs ‘Love on the Spectrum’, Michael Theo has built himself a diverse career. 🙌🏼

'My true purpose is being an actor and spreading awareness of my lived experience on the spectrum.'

'Working as an autism consultant allows me to share my story so that other people on the spectrum can accomplish their dreams and goals,' he says.

'If you're going to do something you want to do but you feel too nervous, just take it step by step.'

In addition to his television appearances, Michael is a public speaker, podcast host, voiceover artist, advocate and consultant.

I am so proud and excited to share my husband, the most wonderful Mclain, has started his new business. As a fellow Support Worker, I know that Mclain is desperately needed in this space. I'm so excited for his future clients.

🌿 Macca’s Support Solutions is Here! 🌿

After years of working hard towards this goal, Mclain has officially launched Macca’s Support Solutions, offering tailored NDIS support with a down-to-earth, compassionate approach.

Mclain is a proud dad of 4. 2 incredible boys with ADHD and ASD, each with their own unique needs. After seeing the impact of personalised support first-hand—and being inspired by the work I do—he saw a real gap in the space, especially for male mentors and relatable role models. Now he’s here to help close that gap.

🧩 Whether it’s:

Getting out to local events, sports and recreation

Gaming sessions

Learning new skills, routines, purposefully working with Allied Health providers to ensure the time spent is contributing towards your goals.

Building confidence in the community

🏉 Join AFL All Stars – Where Passion for Footy Meets Community! 🏉
Are you an AFL fanatic who wants to connect with others who share your passion? Do you love talking stats, debating strategies, tipping winners, and diving into SuperCoach? If so, AFL All Stars is the group for you!
Created and overseen by our Occupational Therapy team to meet Capacity Building requirements and led by our Superstar Keirra. This NDIS-funded AFL Social Group provides a welcoming space for individuals who love AFL but may find social settings challenging. This group is for individuals ages 18 and up.
Meet the Team Behind AFL All Stars
🏆 Keirra – An experienced Support Worker & Allied Health Assistant (AHA) with years of professional and personal experience in Disability Support. Through her work, Keirra identified a gap in NDIS-funded programs for those who want to connect with others who share a love for AFL while also receiving the right support to navigate social interactions.
🏅 McLain – A passionate footy fan with the impressive title of #1 in SuperCoach for four weeks straight in the 2024 season! McLain’s in-depth AFL knowledge combined with his experience as a parent of neurodiverse children makes him an invaluable part of our team.
What You’ll Get in AFL All Stars:
✅ Footy discussions & debates – Dive into stats, strategies, and game analysis
✅ SuperCoach & footy tipping fun – Share insights, test your skills
✅ Improve your communication and social skills with therapeutic approaches
✅ Weekly take-home workbook to assist in documenting matches and gathering info to share with the group
✅ Special Guest Visits
✅ A supportive, social environment – Develop connections and build confidence in social engagement
✅ NDIS-funded program – Using both Capacity Building and Core, this program will create a weekly opportunity for individuals to celebrate their love for AFL and to engage socially with therapeutic supervision.
📍 Location: 240 Frankston-Dandenong Road, Seaford.
📅 When: Tuesdays 4:30pm-6:30pm beginning Tuesday 4th March and running weekly for the 2025 season (29 weeks)
💡 NDIS Funded | Capacity Building: $2494.00 | Core: $970.50 | Full Program Includes dedicated Mental Health Occupational Therapist supervision, resources, evaluation and planning.
