✨I love using the Wunda chair. A smaller base of support. No feedback from behind you so it requires focus to arrange the body, keep alignment, while lengthening and maintain control.

😊As with many Pilates movements, it can look easy, but done well there's a lot going on in the body and mind.

✨Moving with intention and control but it doesn't have to be perfect.

😊I love how each piece of Pilates equipment lets me explore how to lengthen and develop control through movement.

In Pilates it's always about connecting to your body and more about work in progress than perfection. Which isn't very instagrammable but makes you feel great!

⚠️As always these movements are not suitable for everyone.

✔️Help increase upper body strength
✔️Pushing helps us to get up off the floor
