😊Pilates is a method that creates awareness in one's body and allows you to create balance and build control, length and strength. I'm still learning and progressing in all of these areas after 15 Years of practicing Pilates.

😊As we age we can lose mobility in our ankle joints, so it's important to look at this and Pilates is a great way to improve and maintain ankle mobility, strength and stability.

✨Meet the Wunda Chair. This small piece of Pilates equipment is so versatile and with it being smaller than the Reformer, precision is required to perform movements correctly to get the most out of every one.

😊Sped up x 4 and if you're wondering why my head keeps shaking, it's because my neck placement wasn't the best in this movement and I had to keep self correcting it.

😊IMO I feel it's important to recognise and address areas of tightness that can restrict movement before we work on mobility and strengthening. By doing this we also remind the nervous system to relax.
