What is Brain Fog?
Brain fog is a term commonly used to describe mental fatigue. Depending on its severity, it can impact your daily life. Experiences such as memory problems, lack of mental clarity, poor concentration and the inability to focus are just some examples of what it is like to have Brain Fog.

What causes Brain Fog?
The most common causes of Brain Fog include:
Chronic Stress
Food intolerances and sensitivities
Nutritional deficiency of Vitamin B12
Sugar and refined carbohydrates feed bad bacteria and yeast in our gut which can lead to a whole host of symptoms, but more importantly, contribute to brain fog.

Red Fruit Synergizes to Ward off Prostate Cancer:
In a recent study out of South Africa, men had an incredible 76% risk reduction in prostate cancer when they ate at least three servings weekly of strawberries, cherries, red grapefruit, tomatoes, or watermelon. Individually, such foods have been linked to risk reductions ranging from 25% to 50%. But nothing nearly as powerful as this. Tomatoes, red grapefruit and watermelon are all good sources of lycopene. But strawberries and cherries have none. Their red coloring comes from anthocyanins, which are also potent anticancer compounds. That’s what makes this grouping so interesting. Garlic belongs to the genus Allium and is closely related to the onion, rakkyo (an onion found in Asia), scallion, chive, leek, and shallot. It has been used by humans for thousands of years and was used in Ancient Egypt for both culinary purposes and its health and therapeutic benefits.
