Viva Health is a Mobile and Telehealth (Australia-Wide) Occupational Therapy Service based in Perth, WA.
We offer OT and health services to a range of ages, health conditions and disabilities. This includes functional capacity assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, carer support and training, daily living skill development, employment skill building and readiness, transitioning to independent living, energy conservation and fatigue management, ergonomics, corporate health and wellness and more.
We work with clients funded through NDIS, Aged Care, Private and Corporate Clients.
