My ‘office’ this morning 🌳☀️

I have been running corporate yoga sessions for various businesses for a while now and I am always really excited about the commissioned locations. Today it was in lovely Kings Park and the songs of birds and freguence of wildflowers brought us all to the present moment really efficiently … no extra music or incense nessesary today ! All my students were in bliss after the session with hearts full of gratitute to be able to created space in their week to enjoy the sunshine and nature.

City Farm is turning 30 !!

It's a time to celebrate and to plant in the little seedlings' hearts the love of gardening ❤️🌿🌻💐🌞

Garden fairy (me) will run some yoga sessions for kids all ages.
There will also be a range of other fun activities like pesto making, compost fun, bee play and circus, to name few.

I have been soaking up the sunshine up in Coral Bay and I have brought back enough of it to share with all of you on Monday in Freo at 9.15am at St Pauls.
