I lived in Port Hedland for several years and I watched smart, strong, capable women quietly feel like they were falling apart. Not because they were weak, but because they had nowhere to turn. No gentle place to land.

The heat. The isolation. The FIFO roster, or a roster that was 12 to 14 hour days, not including life or kids. The mental load of holding everything together when your support network is thousands of kilometres away. And when you finally reached a point of needing help, booking a specialist meant a flight to Perth and half a week out of your life.

It's hard. And it isn't fair.

Knowing this as a mum, a woman and a clinician ~ when I moved online, the Pilbara was at the top of my mind. Women in Karratha, Port Hedland, Newman, Tom Price and Paraburdoo ~ you deserve the same quality of care as anyone in a major city.

You just need it to come to you.

If you've been putting your health on the back burner because access feels too hard, I want you to know there's another way.

Online appointments available Thursdays (day and evening) and every second Friday. No travel required.

DM me, book a free 15-minute chat, or visit www.teneekahill.com

From a previous Pilbara woman who knows.

A lot of women think perimenopause means your period stops or becomes irregular. But that's often the LAST thing that changes.

Here are three early signs that often get missed:

1. Your sleep has changed
Not necessarily insomnia ~ but lighter, less restful sleep. Waking between 2 and 4am. Feeling unrefreshed even after a full night.

2. Your recovery time has slowed
That thing you used to bounce back from in a day? Now takes three. Exercise, stress, a late night ~ it all hits harder.

3. Your tolerance for stress has dropped
You're the same person, with the same life. But your fuse is shorter. Your capacity feels smaller.

These are hormonal shifts ~ not character flaws, not weakness, not just getting older.

If you're nodding at any of these, your body is communicating something worth listening to.

Save this post ~ and feel free to share it with someone who needs to see it. šŸ’›

What's the hardest part of looking after your health when you live regionally?

Is it...
~ Not as many good practitioners nearby
~Appointments that take half a day of travel
~ Feeling like you have to just push through
~ Not even knowing where to start?

I spent time living in Port Hedland and I saw firsthand how much harder it is to access real health support out here.

That's a big part of why I now offer everything online ~ so geography isn't the reason you don't get the care you deserve.

Tell me below ~ what's your biggest barrier? šŸ‘‡

Pilbara life question šŸ˜„

What’s one thing you wish people outside WA understood about living up here?

For me it’s definitely not to go camping before Easter (had to learn the hard way in a tent:)

Keen to hear yours šŸ‘‡

If you've been experiencing anxiety out of nowhere ~ racing thoughts at 3am, a tight chest before things that never used to bother you ~ I want you to know this:

It's not just stress. It's not in your head. And it's not a sign something is terribly wrong with you.

It's one of the most common (and least talked about) symptoms of perimenopause.

When oestrogen starts to fluctuate, it directly affects the neurotransmitters that regulate your mood and nervous system, including serotonin and GABA.

The result? Anxiety that seems to appear from nowhere, often before you even notice changes to your cycle.

What helps:
~ Magnesium glycinate (before bed is my favourite way to take it)
~ Reducing caffeine (I know, I know ~ even cutting back helps)
~ Blood sugar balance throughout the day
~ Nervous system support with adaptogens like ashwagandha

You don't have to white-knuckle your way through it. There's a lot we can do.

Drop a "yes" below if this resonated ~ I'd love to know you're not alone in this.

I’ve been working with a few people around the Pilbara recently and noticed a pattern…

A lot of people are finding it hard to wake up (with energy!)

Small tweak that’s been making a big difference:
šŸ‘‰ 1/2 lemon in tap water upon waking. Ideally before coffee!

It’s simple, but honestly underrated.

Happy to share more if anyone’s stuck:)

Anyone else in the Pilbara feeling like you’re constantly ā€œonā€ but still not getting ahead?

Between work, life, and everything else… it’s easy to feel stuck in a loop.

I’ve been chatting with a few local women lately and it’s the same story, doing *everything* but not seeing the progress they want.

Curious… what’s been the hardest part for you lately?

Sunday self-care… although really, every day is ✨

Finding moments to slow down, honour yourself, and savour pockets of joy ~ that’s what it means to be human, and to be loved.

Yesterday, 10 beautiful women gathered, shared cake, and softened into stillness together.

They left lighter, brighter, and glowing — held in the magic of their Ritual of Radiance.

Thank you to all who attended, co-created, and made it so special šŸ¤

As a naturopath, I think a lot about food.

Not just what we eat, but how we experience it.

Food should nourish the body, but it should also bring pleasure, connection and ease. Too often conversations around health become restrictive, rigid and joyless.

For me, wellbeing has always been about quality over restriction.

Beautiful ingredients.
Thoughtful preparation.
Sharing food together.

Because some of the most meaningful moments happen around a table.

A piece of cake.
A good conversation.
Time to pause.

That spirit is very much part of Ritual of Radiance.

As is the pottery it is plated on. By the stunning .ellery. Last tickets remain. Link in bio.

One thing we don’t talk about enough is the nervous system.

Behind many high-performing women is a body that has been in constant output for years.

Eventually the body asks for something different.

Not more resilience.
Regulation.

After 16 years as a naturopath and educator, I created Ritual of Radiance as a space to pause, reset and restore.

Sometimes the most productive thing we can do is slow down.

After 16 years as a naturopath and educator, I’ve learned something important.

Talking about change in a clinic room is very different to experiencing it together.

So much of the work I do centres around nervous system care, ritual and slowing down. But real shifts rarely happen through information alone. They happen when we feel it.

That’s why I created Ritual of Radiance.

A space to step out of the pace of daily life, experience simple rituals and gather with other women.

Because community, good conversation and a little cake have a quiet way of changing the world ✨

The stunning ritual with is coming up on Sunday 22nd. A few seats remain.

A small ritual can change the tone of a day.

At Ritual of Radiance, we move through a simple skincare sequence using beautiful formulations from Sodashi.

Cleanse.
Renew.
Hydrate.
Nourish.

Botanical textures, slow facial massage and aromatic mists invite the nervous system to settle while supporting healthy, luminous skin.

This is not about complicated routines or chasing perfection.

It is about learning how to pause, care for your skin with intention, and leave with practices you can return to at home.

Sunday March 22
Olfactora, West Leederville
