It been quite the time of transformation with mars being retrograde over the last few months wow now that’s a long time for mars to be retrograde.. what does this mean, ?? when when a planet goes retrograde it is time to go inward and take your time being thorough and reset and attend to things that are self nourishing as our energy has gone inward yet we are still getting things done behind the scenes.. Mars rules out energy and action and has all the masculine power in tackling our world and making things happen, forward momentum yet in retrograde we have been required to do an energy reset clean up and refocus, a big check in has been required for us to aim our arrow with prediction into the direction that will truly nourish us, how have you been spending your time, if you have still been pushing you may have been prone to falling out of balance or feeling like you are not getting anywhere yet if you have taken time to align with a state of focus and surrender yet continuing to show up in your creation process then as mars moves forward again in the next few days a chance to level up and propel yourself into great things is at hand, fasten your seatbelts as things begin to move forward once again.. full throttle into the land of all the dreams you are creating.. let’s get ready to go

Our Inner Dance on Sunday was truly remarkable, aliot of newbies and regulars came together for this truly special journey of self discovery.. many shared a deep relaxation and feeling peace and joy.. and for others there were no words.. Inner Dance is activating yet deep and profound, many get alot out of the healing touch and the shamanic/ angelic sonics we share during the journey..
