The Sharing Shed The Sharing Shed is the brainchild of Phillippa Henderson. Increase mental health awareness
2. Create mental health wellness programs
4.

A dynamic, supportive and innovative entrepreneur who has a vision for a better world through teaching and sharing and promoting bravery for having tough conversations at workplaces and schools.

The Sharing Shed is a boutique provider of accredited Mental Health First Aid courses and customised training in Perth and regional, remote, and urban communities.

We work with groups, organisations and government bodies, to:
1. Help organisations and individuals meet obligations for managing mental health in corporate and educational and workplace settings
3. Install mental health first aid kits in homes, boardrooms, and businesses across Western Australia.

We give hope to those who are unable to access services and those who support their families, friends, or colleagues from mental health illnesses. Sow Ideas, Cultivate Growth

You don’t have to be the perfect person to help. If you’re unsure or feel too close to the issue, pass it on—respectfully. Talk to someone better placed to offer support (e.g. MHFA Officer or manager).

Doing nothing isn’t the safest option. Learn how to help someone who is struggling through Mental Health First Aid.
