Movement is one of the most underrated tools we have for mental health.

When you train, walk, run… whatever it is, you’re not just working on your body. You’re directly impacting your brain.

You increase endorphins (your natural feel-good chemicals), improve blood flow to the brain, reduce stress hormones like cortisol, and give your mind a break from overthinking.

And here’s the big one, movement creates structure.
When someone is struggling with depression, everything can feel heavy, unmotivated, and out of control. Even a small amount of movement gives you something to anchor your day to. It builds momentum.

I’ve seen it firsthand with clients, people don’t start feeling better and then train… they start training, and then begin to feel better.

That doesn’t mean movement “cures” depression. But it can be a powerful tool alongside the right support, routine, and environment.

Start small.
A walk. A session. 10 minutes.

You don’t need motivation first, you create it through action.

Creatine gets such a bad rep for no reason 😅
It’s not a steroid, it’s not going to make you ‘bulky overnight’, and no… it won’t destroy your kidneys if you drink water like a normal human.

What it will do is help you build muscle tissue 💪
Improve endurance so you don’t gas out halfway through your sets 🔋
And yes it’s even been shown to help with cognitive function, so your brain works better too 🧠

Basically… stronger muscles, better workouts, and a sharper brain.

Don’t worry, we’ve all been there at the end of the day. It’s about being consistent, having a cheat meal is totally fine here and there specially if 80% of the time you’re locking in and sticking to the plan.
