A huge milestone for Summit Abilities — celebrating two years with Leah, our second employee.
Leah has remained committed, consistent, and dedicated from day one, all whilst balancing her full-time role as an SLOS and continuing to show up every week for her friends and participants. It’s incredibly special to look back two years later and still have the same strong, reliable employees growing alongside us.
Leah is a true testament to stepping up, stepping in, and creating a positive, supportive, and team-focused environment wherever she goes. Her reliability, dedication, and willingness to always help out does not go unnoticed and is something we are incredibly grateful for.
Leah is always the first one to put her hand up for shifts during our school holiday programs, even though she has absolutely earned and deserves a well-needed break. But you simply can’t keep this gem away — she is deeply connected, passionate, and dedicated to the participants and the work she does.
During school holidays, Leah provides additional coverage and leadership across groups to ensure continuity, strong risk management, consistency for participants, and most importantly, that fun and meaningful experiences are always involved.
Leah — you truly are one in a million, and we are so incredibly lucky to have you as part of the Summit family. Thank you for everything you do for our participants, our team, and our community. 💙
