About Us

Geoff and Tracy Rowland have been married since 1991 and have two adult sons and daughter in law, Sam, his wife Olivia and Zac.

Geoff has a sporting background that includes soccer, basketball, swimming and gym. It is through the pursuit of sports and fitness for many years, his keen interest has birthed into a passion to become more involved in assisting people with their health and well-being through massage techniques and other complementary therapies - with a special focus on sporting injuries, rehabilitation and aged care.

Tracy for many years has worked and cultivated her administrative skills and attains a high level of organisational and system management. She has interest in aromatherapy and together with Geoff, seek to build a home based business that effectively contributes to an alternative approach to the emotional, mental and physical health and well-being of others.
