The amazing@zen_life_retreats MENZEN is a down to earth space for men to slow down, reset and reconnect in a real and supportive environment. Created to support men’s wellbeing in a practical and approachable way, this experience is about honest conversations, learning tools to help manage stress, clear your head and navigate everyday pressures with more balance. The morning will include guided mindset and wellbeing practices with Emma from ZENLIFE and breathwork with Mick from , followed by sauna, ice bath and recovery at . No pressure, no ego just a space for men to show up as they are, connect with other men and take a breath from the noise of everyday life.

Sunday July 5th | 9am–1pm
Please bring a pillow and blanket, swimwear, towel and water bottle.

Please arrive for 8.55am as we will start at exactly 9am.

Showcasing events for men's mental health in the Geelong region

We’re strengthening mental health care right here in Geelong.

Thanks to sustained investment from the Allan Labor Government, Victoria’s mental health workforce has grown by 33% since 2021, with major gains across regional communities like ours.

In Geelong, that means:
- A new Youth Prevention and Recovery Care (YPARC) centre supporting young people closer to home
- A Mental Health and Wellbeing Local serving Greater Geelong
- An Emergency Department Mental Health & AOD Hub at University Hospital Geelong
- Expanded eating disorder support, including a day program at Barwon Health

These are real services making a real difference, ensuring people in Geelong can access the care they need, when they need it.

We’re continuing to invest in a stronger, more accessible mental health system for our community.
