During a 3 day respite in Apollo Bay learning independent living with shopping, cooking and budgeting , we also went Horse Riding for some therapy, fishing off the pier and an amazing walk through Maits Rest Rainforest.

An amazing 5 day respite with an amazing participant .
We spent 5 days in and around Apollo Bay, seeing all that the surrounding landscape, beaches, restaurants and the Great Ocean Road had to offer. It was truly an amazing experience and a well deserved respite.

We had an amazing day today at Healesville Sanctuary! Not a breathe of wind, comfortable temperature and the animals seemed to enjoy the nice day for a change of late.

We will definitely be coming back here again! 😀
