Let's talk about Change! Why? Because change is hard for a lot of people who struggle with mental ill health or are neurodivergent.

So although this is a kids book, we think it'd be great for a range of ages as we all need a bit of guidance with change in our lives!

Our mental health and wellbeing workshops for summer are available for booking!

Come along and meet like minded people, do some art, talk about mental health and wellbeing in an inclusive space!

We are running 2 workshops, 1 for parent/caregivers and a child and then adult only ones!

Tuesday through January and the first week of Feb, starting on the 13th of Jan!

Location is Bluebird Foundation House in South Geelong!

Prices are on the flyers and NDIS and payment plans available.

A parent and child workshop! LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE!

A lot of children wanted to come but so did many parents that couldn't leave their child at home. So after much consideration and talking to these people, we have opened up a 4 week workshop for parents and a child!

We will talk about mental health issues and overall well being while doing some amazing art together!

Price is inclusive of both the parent and child and NDIS is available.
