Getting the Right Support Makes All the Difference 💙

Assistive technology isn’t just about equipment—it’s about independence, comfort, and ensuring every person has what they need to thrive.

Looking back on when Oscar was fitted for his scripted table chair, you can see he wasn’t too sure about it at first! Adjusting to something new can take time, and that’s why the right support is so important—not just to get the right equipment, but to make sure it feels right and works for everyday life.

As Oscar grows, his needs change, and so does his assistive tech. Regular reviews and refittings ensure he has the right support at every stage. With patience, encouragement, and the right team around him, he continues to build confidence in using the tools that help him participate in the world around him.

Because every child deserves the tools to be comfortable, included, and empowered. 💙✨

More Than Just a Manicure 💅💜

Community access is about so much more than getting from A to B—it’s about connection, confidence, and shared experiences. This beautiful moment was all about spending time together, exploring new places in a wheelchair, and making memories along the way.

Our client wanted everyone to be included, so she asked if her support worker was happy to get her nails done too—for the first time ever! A small act, but a powerful reminder that inclusion is about bringing people into the experience, not just supporting from the sidelines.

It’s these little moments that make a big difference. 💕✨

Our MCG Baby is 4! 🎉

Yesterday, we celebrated a very special birthday—our baby Oscar turned 4! From the moment he arrived, Oscar has been surrounded by love, not just from his family but from the incredible village of support workers who have been by his side since he was one.

Oscar has grown up learning how to navigate the world as a person living with disability, and every step of the way, he has been supported, encouraged, and empowered by those around him. His resilience, curiosity, and boundless energy inspire us every day.

To our MCG team—thank you for being part of his journey. And to Oscar, happy birthday! You are so loved, and we can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do next. ❤️🎂
