What a great day at the Geelong Community Disability Expo at Geelong West Town Hall! 🎉 On 20/06/2025, our Smart Disability Accommodation team had a fantastic time connecting with the community, showcasing our newest innovations—like smart tactiles, our custom 3D-printed prosthesis enclosure inspired by Robocop, and a range of smart home devices designed for accessibility and independence. 🦾🏠

It was inspiring to meet so many passionate people and service providers. We’re excited to keep supporting Geelong’s disability community and exploring new ways to collaborate. Special shoutout to the Carespace music group for their amazing performance—it made the day even more memorable! 🎶

Hosted by Tender Loving Care and Tania Gomez Consulting, the event served as a valuable platform for presenting advancements in disability accommodation.

A key highlight was the opportunity for networking, fostering new connections and reconnecting with familiar faces within the sector. Smart Disability Accommodation emphasized their strong commitment to future collaborations, particularly with Occupational Therapists, Support Coordinators, Disability Service providers, and other Specialist Disability Accommodation providers. The resounding message was that collective effort is essential to ensure participants receive the high-quality services they deserve.

It was absolute pleasure to be part of the Ballarat Working Together group. We had the incredible opportunity to present our home automation system and showcase our recently designed innovation, which was honored with first place at the Geelong Disability Expo 2025.
