I am a warrior in the fight for my life against Cancer as many of us are or have been. The fight I believe continues. Healthy choices, lifestyle, body & mind & soul entwined together as one. Anti Cancer foods etc... the list goes on. I am no Guru this is just my journey. Many people have asked me what choices I have made - what have I done over the last year. So I have decided to share.
