This two-day immersive training is an Easy, Simple and deeply nourishing way to start the year feeling centred, clear and supported. Reiki is far more than a technique — it’s a lifelong system that gently reshapes how you meet life, stress and yourself.

Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through the original teachings passed down from Mikao Usui, including:
• The Five Reiki Precepts for everyday living
• Gentle Reiki meditations to build awareness and presence
• Hands-on energy practices that support balance and calm
• Symbol and mantra work to harmonise your system
• Attunements that awaken your innate energy flow
• Hara practices to help you feel grounded and steady in your body

The Benefits go well beyond the mat. You’ll learn how to:
• Strengthen energetic boundaries
• Feel truly grounded and centred
• Trust your intuitive sense of knowing

🎧 When Max Rooke guided the 9D Breathwork session at Destination Happiness, you could feel the whole space shift.
Headphones on… eyes covered… and suddenly the outside world faded into the background. The guidance moved through your ears while Max held the room with his steady, grounded presence that helps your whole body relax.
