Just another fabulous evening to be had, with a surprise birthday for lovely Leonie and her family. It was a great honour to treat you all and tantalise your tastebuds with this 4 course dining experience.
To start, we wake your tastebuds with a robust French onion soup. Followed by prawn and scallop ravioli with a shallot and saffron bisque. Next came the eye fillet, with mushroom pâté, port jus, pave potatoes, and green beans. To finish, we had a peppered poached strawberry pie with toffee swirl.
