2025 has been a big year of growth for me, both personally and professionally.
As I reflect back, this little yin yoga journey has come such a long way. I’m so grateful to have found something that feels like a true balance alongside my path in social work — the yin to the yang.
This year brought many challenges within my work in mental health, asking me to step up in new ways. Those moments have helped me build a deeper trust in myself.
Alongside that, yin yoga has offered a space that speaks to the quieter strengths of my personality — holding space, slowing down, and supporting people to find calm and stillness amidst the chaos.
I’ve loved collaborating with other like-minded souls to create meaningful experiences and offerings, and I’m deeply thankful for everyone who has supported this work and joined me on the mat.
Looking ahead, I’m excited for more offerings, more collaborations, and more learning in 2026 🤍
