A gentle moment to ask:
• How’s your energy been?
• Any changes in sleep, appetite, moods?
• What have you been craving (emotionally and nutritionally)?
• What’s feeling good… and what’s feeling off?

This isn’t about being clinical — it’s about connection.
It shows them they’re not alone. It creates space for honesty.
And it’s a reminder that health is a family conversation, not something they have to navigate in isolation.

Every little bit helps; sneak some veggie broth into a bolognese. 🤫

Cook your rice in a veggie broth 🍚

If all they’re eating is packet noodles - cook them in this! It will add flavour and nutrients to an otherwise nutritionally empty meal.

A favourite breakfast and great way to start the day! 💪

Did you know…

- eggs are a perfect protein? 🥚They contain all 9 essential amino acids that your body needs and can’t make, including tryptophan (needed for serotonin production) and phenylalanine (needed for dopamine production)! (A great vegan alternative is quinoa)

- Avocado 🥑 is a great source of fibre which feeds your gut buddies 🦠 and good fats that help reduce cholesterol and keep your heart healthy ♥️
