Today we hosted another community morning tea, bringing together people from all walks of life. It's a truly humbling experience to wittness a community grow. People with disabilities, carers, support workers all sharing their stories. The Trevean Foundation was founded as a non-profit organisation, offering support and advocacy to people who experience many barriers on a daily basis. Ross and Simone Trevean wanted to make a difference and The Trevean Foundation was born. Today our team has offered free services and support with passion and enthusiasm. We don't feel like we are going to work. We feel a purpose. Our groups for carers are growing as more families are reaching out to be seen and heard. Together we are stronger...please get in touch if you need a space for connection.
